Queensland sings is a commercial signage company located in Morningside in Queensland, the project required the strip-down of the whole structure and removal of asbestos. The building was completely unusable during the construction period and therefore an office shed was provided as temporary working area while the project was in process.

The project included the stripping and removal of all asbestos, creating internal partitions, extending the back for storage and relocation of bathroom with an upgrade for disabled patrons. The project added much needed thermal insulation, relocated the main entrance and created an overall open and much more useful shop space.
